Testosterone Information Just for You
I use testosterone supplements and I have for years. Since I was 36 years old, I was having problems with energy levels, my sexual stamina was low, body fat levels high, my diet sucked and the most important thing I was trying to have a child. My wife and I tried for 18 years with no luck.
Whenever my wife was fertile, sex was a job and not for pleasure. My wife cried many nights each month because of this failure to get pregnant. I lost energy, stamina, and stress started to over-rule my testosterone levels. This was a real eye opener and something had to change.
I went to see the doctor and had my testosterone levels tested. Me levels came back just under the recommended levels so he wouldn’t help me but I knew it was what I needed so I did research.
Luckily I did the research because one of the major side effects of testosterone therapy is low sperm counts and the possibility of shutting down your natural sperm production and testosterone production in the body all together. Looking for fertility answers, this would not have been a good thing.
I then decided to research testosterone more and find something to give me the energy to go on trying to have a child. Well, today, I have a 5 year old son, my energy is great, stress levels are down and my wife loves how I handle myself in the bed.
Please read on! This information is for you and everyone that has low testosterone levels. I am the kind of person that wants to help people or as they say spread the wealth. Healthy levels of testosterone is wealth. My setbacks have given me the ability to pay it forward with knowledge of the findings from my extensive research.
Allow yourself to take this information in and repair your testosterone levels. You deserve everything good. I wasted a lot of money on the wrong supplements hoping for the miracle they promised. Well the miracle is the knowledge that there are supplements that work, there are diets that work, there are exercises that work and I am very excited to show this information to you now.
In researching testosterone, this is what I have found over the years.
Testosterone
Testosterone is a male sex hormone produced in the testes from puberty on. Your brain sends out a signal telling the testes to produce more testosterone when it is needed.
Testosterone is found in both men and women but in men it can be an issue if levels are low.
Testosterone is responsible for:
- Healthy Levels of Sperm
- Fertility
- Libido/ Sex Drive
- Healthy Body Fat Levels
- Red Blood Cell Production
- Lean Muscle Mass
- Deepening of Your Voice
- Healthy and Strong Bone
- Sexual Stamina
- Hardening of Erections
- Body Hair
- Low Testosterone Levels
Until the age of thirty, unless there are medical problems preventing testosterone production in your body, your body will produce peak levels of testosterone.
Once you reach the age of 30 years old, your body will start to slow down the testosterone production at a rate of 1% to 2% per year and possibly more. That is a whopping 10% to 20% decrease by the time you reach 40 years old.
If you think that doesn’t affect you, then let me tell you from personal experience, it definitely does.
3 Popular Popular Reasons for Not Repairing Low Testosterone Levels
Many men will go through life with low levels of testosterone and not attempt to repair it. A few reasons for this are, not knowing their levels are low, they will ignore it because of embarrassement or pride, or they will just chalk it up as old age.
Don’t Ignore It
Well, if you ignore it, it won’t go away and will get worse. If low levels of testosterone are already affecting your life, they will continue to drop.
Pride or Embarrassment
If you are embarrassed, join the club, because that was me years ago. Years ago, if a man was to say they have low sexual stamina, or low testosterone, he would fear being laughed at. Testosterone was a man’s word. You would never ever say, you had low testosterone.
Today, in the now, it is easy to get a supplement in the mail with no markings stating what it is. It is the norm now, and more men are asking for the help. Don’t be embarrassed, just do what you need to for you and your life. Change your diet, work out and order a damn testosterone supplement. Don’t let pride stand in the way of a better life.
Old Age
Old age is a reason for low testosterone but not a reason to accept it. If you chalk it up as old age and just accept it, you cheating yourself and your significant other out of a healthy relationship. Old age is a factor but you don’t have to accept it. You can change it if you want to, it is all your choice.

Testosterone Testing
There are home test kits for testing your testosterone levels. Most are easy and accurate. I recommend a saliva and blood test.
You can also go to the doctor and they will test you if requested. Just beware if they want to start you on a prescription drug. These drugs can cause more harm to you then good. They will increase your testosterone but most come with many harmful side effects.

From many, the question I get is, “Do Testosterone Supplements Really Work”?
The question should be, “What supplements work the best”. This question is more relevant because natural testosterone supplements do work it is just figuring out which ones they are.

Prescribed testosterone therapy include the following:
- Injections

- Mouth Patches
These options are prescribed and do work very well at increasing your testosterone levels, but they come with some major side effects.
Click below to read about these options and the side effects that you need to be aware of before you decide to dive into a lifetime commitment of these prescriptions.
Because of these harmful side effects, I recommend you consider therapy as a last resort.

Great info mate. Basically, the most effective way to increase test levels is to have a TRT. It is useful for those who are suffering from libido problems and mainly bodybuilders. Apart from that it is good to have test supplements if someone wants to build muscles naturally. The natural ways are also effective for more test production. I too have used these supplements, and, some of them worked really great.
Yes testosterone therapy is a very effective way to increase testosterone levels, if you have a clean bill o health and are not considering having a child in the near future.
Natural Testosterone supplements are great to start off with, they come with very few side effects.
Thanks for your input and I can tell by te info you shared that you have used the supplements. Thay are great and I agree with you.
Thanks Again

Really honest and frank review on what can be a difficult topic to cover, thank you. Hitting my mid 30s, I’m starting to see a lot of the syptoms you highlight – I always assumed it was down to stress at work, however I’m now going to take up your advice and look at supplements as a way of driving energy.
Your supplement guide is also really great – I’m lookoing forward to giving some of these a try!
Thanks for stopping by and commenting on this article.
If you are starting to develop some of the symptoms, please do consider a natural testosterone supplement. Don’t wait and suffer. Please though, before you do this get a good diet underway, and exercise frequently.
Thanks Again

At first when I heard of testosterone, I associates it with body building supplement until I read your well written article which gave me an inside out of what I need to understand about testosterone. As a guy age, it seems that many things in his body seems to slow down.Physically and mentally too. If by taking this testosterone will help to bring the great old glory days, why not ? Isn’t what all of us want to be ? Getting younger. Thanks for your great and helpful article.
Thanks for taking the time to read this article. Yes many people when discussing testosterone will think bodybuilders. This is because this is the one thing everybody knows without actually knowing it, and that is bodybuilders with good physiques have high levels of testosterone.
This goes the same for the best runners, the old guy you see on the street with energy like a 20 year old, and any other person physically fit. They all have healthy levels. Not all of them supplement but they all will have one thing pretty much in common and that is diet and exercise. So this is where to begin the quest to maintain healthy levels, or increase low levels to healthy.
The glory days are possible once again especially with the natural supplements.
Thanks Again

This is a very educational post. Many men will definitely benefit from reading the information that is presented here. Luckily, I’m young enough to not have to worry about this.
Nonetheless I will take your advice seriously, and start exercising more and keep a healthy diet. The supplements you recommend will surely be a great help too.
Great article!
Thanks for the comments!
Exercising and eating good can even delay the slowing of testosterone production so this is a great idea.
I hope this site reaches many men and helps as many people as possible. I believe in this and believe that no one should suffer from low testosterone if they can possibly fix it.
Thanks Again
A very informative post on testosterone, what it does, and how it changes with age. I’m currently 28 years old and I have no issue with my testosterone level (most probably) based on the sign and symptoms described in this post.
However what worries me most was the fact that the testosterone level starts to decrease after 30 years old, something I never thought of! I thought man were perfectly fine to have baby with the partner until maybe 50 years old, but the facts laid out in this post got me worried. I think I will talk to my partner on having earlier planning in having babies soon!
And thanks for sharing =)
Hey Gary,
Thanks for reading this article and I hope some day if needed you will remember it. You hit the problem right on the head. Many men just are not aware that this can happen. You are approaching the age of 30 when things start to happen but just make sure your diet and exercise are good and you should be fine for awhile unless you start to notice the signs and symptoms.
Good luck with having a child in the future it is the best thing in the world.
Thanks Again

I know someone who is only twenty years old, and he is showing the signs and symptoms that you have mentioned. He is always lazy, and not willing to do anything. He has no sex drive, and he is also physically weak. Not to mention he’s also slightly overweight. I am suspecting that he has low testosterone problems as you said. It is something that old people usually suffers from, but he is so young. It sounds like your recommendation might actually help him. I will tell him to give it a try and see what he thinks.
Thanks for your comments!
At 20 years old this is an alarming situation. Do you know is he diagnosed with anything like diabetes or kidney problems. Please for his sake have him see a doctor he may have something going on. I really worry about him please keep me posted, I would love to interview him and see what he does to fix this.
Here is a link to a testosterone home test. He could start here too to see if this is a problem for him….

Quiet the in-depth and informative article there, well done! Testosterone is a dodgy subject for a lot of folks, still we have to do oue best to face related issues like men.
You mentioned home testing kits and while they work, both saliva and urine ones – blood tests are the most realiable and provide the most trusted information. Although some people have fear dor needles so I can see both sides of the coin.
Supplements are great and I’ve used loads of them – some work, hands down. Thank again dor the informative article!
Thank You for your comments and yes you are exactly right, it is a subject men avoid because of their pride…..Testing kits can be a great tool to finding out exactly what levels they are dealing with.
Thank You again
