If fat loss is on your mind then you should consider the possibility that you have low testosterone levels.
I am not saying this is the answer but this article will give you some insight on the correlation between testosterone and fat loss.
For years now, people have been trying to figure out the miracle ways to lose body fat. There are lots of claims by companies to have the best supplement, the best workout plan and the best diet. Many of them are great but some are just poor and fail to do anything but waste your money and your time.
There are many reasons for being overweight and this article will concentrate on low testosterone levels being the culprit.
Low testosterone in the body is responsible for many things such as:
- Increase in Body Fat- Especially Belly Fat
- Diabetes
- Anxiety
- Loss of Muscle
- Erectile Dysfunction
- Low Sex Drive/ Libido
- And Many More
Again, for the sake of this article, for fat loss, you need to consider your testosterone levels and if you are experiencing a couple of the symptoms above, the possibility is more likely than not.
Fat Loss and Testosterone
Of all the articles, I have written on the subject of testosterone this one is the hardest for me because fat loss in conjunction to low testosterone was the hardest for me to understand. The problem is low testosterone can be responsible for increased body fat. Alternatively, increases in body fat can be responsible for your low testosterone levels. So, what do we do?
We need to approach fat loss and low testosterone at the same time. This approach may seem a bit weird because the diet is different, the workouts are different and the supplements are different from the conventional.
Diet for Low Testosterone and Fat Loss
A conventional fat loss diet would be to restrict calories, eat low fat meals and steer clear of carbs. For testosterone, the diet consists of eating fatty foods, increasing intake of cholesterol dense foods, a red meat. See when you eat to increase testosterone, you eat to build lean muscle mass, and increase your metabolism.
The more lean muscle the body has, the more the metabolism will work to shed the body fat right off your frame. The increase in testosterone will energize you and give you a boost mentally as well.
Here is a page I wrote as a guide telling you what to eat and how much. It will give you everything you need to build your diet in a ways that will increase your testosterone and aid in fat loss.

Work Out For Fat Loss and Testosterone
Working out for testosterone is hard work that will increase lean muscle which will burn fat faster than conventional cardio. The body will actually burn calories longer after a weightlifting workout than a cardio workout and the metabolism actually works better after too.
This kind of workout involves lifting heavy weights and using compound movements. Compound movements are movements that use more than one or two muscles to lift the weight. These movements use a lot of energy and burn alot of body fat as long as your diet for testosterone is up to par.
This type of workout is actually second in importance to your diet. Follow these recommendations, and you will be on your ways to successful fat loss and increasing your testosterone levels that will support each other.

Fat Loss and Testosterone Supplements
Fat loss supplements have come a long ways but alone will not help you to increase your testosterone levels. Fat loss supplements are designed to give you energy and burn fat but they do nothing to supplement your testosterone levels. This may work and probably will help you lose weight and body fat but if your testosterone levels are low, the process may be slower and the possibility of regaining your body fat increase.
The recommendation here is a testosterone supplement that will help to build lean muscle, preserve the muscle you do have, and give you the energy to lose the weight and keep it off. The new lean muscle you will build, will be the ticket to increasing your metabolism and burning fat longer and faster.
Testosterone supplements are only part of the solution. Diet and exercise are the key and the supplements will supplement the process. Without a good diet and exercise routine, the supplements will work minimally.
If you don’t work for it, no drug, or supplement will help you be as successful as you would like. If you work for it, the supplements will work and will help you get there faster.

Conclusion
At the age of 30 years old, your testosterone levels begin to decrease. But, with higher levels of body fat, you t-levels may decrease sooner.
When your levels, are low, the ability to gain weight and increase belly and body fat increase.
When you have high levels of body and belly fat, there is a good chance this fat is lowering your testosterone levels.
Both situations are different yet they can be responsible for each other.
Therefore, the best approach would be to work on increasing your testosterone levels which if you follow the right diet, and exercise programs along with a good testosterone booster will burn fat and give you the best of both worlds.
Besides fat loss and an increase in testosterone, the benefits of using a supplement are as follows:
- Fat Loss
